Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please call our customer service department at 847-357-0700. Have your order number ready to expedite your request. If you get our voicemail in the evening or on the weekend, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also email your request to email@example.com; include your order number and daytime telephone number.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipping to Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate provincial tax.
How do I check the status of my web order?
The best way to check the status of your order is to call customer service at 847-357-0700. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with your tracking information. You can use that information to track your order with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or with the freight carrier.
